Full of Love

As I mentioned yesterday I planned on celebrating Valentine's Day today.  I got too busy to prepare for it when my family was visiting, and at least this way I saved a bunch on the candy.  I wanted to buy the kids a little something to show them I love them.  I enjoy giving gifts, and this day gave me an excuse to pick up a little something for them.  I went shopping at target after dropping Ryan off at school.  I mostly purchased lots of candy for a care package for my valentine that is currently living far, far away.  I also got a few fun items for the boys.

After school a Valentine's Day gift from my hubby showed up.  He had told me it would arrive today, so that was another reason to hold off and celebrate the day today.  Pat picked out another charm for my Pandora bracelet.  I love the fact that each charm is something special Pat picks out.  I love the newest charm.  It is the Love Me Black Mother of Pearl charm.  I think he did an excellent job!

It was definitely a day full of love around here.

In other topics, I've been having a lot of trouble waking up in the mornings lately.  I am completely exhausted.  I'm thinking I need to go to bed earlier.  I just can't pull myself away from the computer and TV.  I really would like to get more productive during he kids' nap time, but I'm always just too tired.  I am hoping more sleep at night will help.  We'll see how it goes.  I have lots of big plans to organize the house before my hubby comes home.  I just need the energy to do them.

As I sit here typing away, I just looked out the window and saw an absolutely beautiful sky.  What a great way to end the day.  Skies like this lift my spirit and remind me we are never alone in this world.  Today I was surrounded by beauty and love.  I could not ask for more!
